Te바카라en hit by speedboat awarded 650000 damages in court

The owner of a South Australian road boat, charged wi바카라사이트th causing serious injury to a person or animals following an on-water hit and run, has been given the total cost of damages awarded by a jury at Adelaide Magistrates Court, the ACT Supreme Court has confirmed.

The case – which involved a hit and run and a hit-and-run on a footpath near Blenheim, the ACT’s premier state capital – was heard in the ACT Supreme Court in April 2011.

Judge Mark Oates accepted all the evidence presented by police and defence.

He awarded 65,000 Australian dollars ($50,000) to the owner of the speedboat and two more people in the dock after the jury found him guilty of causing serious injury.

The court awarded a further $13,000 to the person who was injured when the speedboat struck a car, as well as another person who was injured wh바카라사이트en they were riding alongside the speedboat at the time.

The woman who was riding with Mr Oates and the other people also received $5,000 and $4,500 to settle the damages claim.

The case ended in a verdict of not guilty on the claims for all three participants, saying that the owner had to be able to justify the boat’s speed.

The verdict also found the defendant’s boat was not under the control of the defendant and the defendant acted reasonably.

An incident report showed the boat, described as a 30m boat, was travelling roughly 70km/h when it hit the vehicle driven by the man driving it and he was killed.

The jury of 13 people – two men and two women – took about 45 minutes to reach its decision after deliberating for two days.
